Designed for adult education professionals, this series of eight engaging 90-minute workshops provides practical strategies and insights for creating effective learning environments. Topics include goal setting, inclusive learning practices, making math and literacy relevant, fostering learning communities, self-advocacy, expert teaching techniques, and improving adult education systems.
This comprehensive 12-hour peer tutoring training program, available for delivery on-site at correctional facilities, delves into the transformative power of UDL. Participants will explore key concepts such as foundational UDL principles, fostering expert learning, cultivating self-regulation, and leveraging effective feedback, assessment, and engagement strategies.
Upon completion, participants can earn the UDL in Higher Education credential by submitting a final reflection assignment.
