Guiding inclusive learning with Implementation Criteria

CAST’s UDL Schoolwide Implementation Criteria enable schools to measure and implement UDL for inclusive learning environments. Organized into four categories—School Culture and Environment, Teaching and Learning, Leadership and Management, and Professional Learning—the criteria aim to:

  • Support ambitious schoolwide UDL implementation.
  • Provide a flexible roadmap for achieving this goal.
  • Offer a pathway to future school-level certification.
