The first edition of Universal Design for Learning: Theory and Practice, written by Meyer, Rose, and Gordon was published in 2014. In July 2024, we released an updated version of their foundational text—Universal Design for Learning: Principles, Framework, and Practice—with new insights and strategies, as well as a lower price.
We continue to offer the multimedia version of the first edition online at no cost on CAST’s Clusive® platform, ensuring access and encouraging the adoption of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to support learners everywhere.
