UDL-Con: International is the global event dedicated to advancing Universal Design for Learning (UDL), a framework for addressing the educational needs of diverse and variable learners in many settings across many stages of life.
On July 22-23, 2025, we invite educators, school and district administrators, instructional designers, researchers, and innovators to gather at the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC, and online, for an unforgettable experience exploring the transformative power of Universal Design for Learning.

In-Person General Admission – $799
Attending UDL-Con: International includes access to all keynotes, in-person sessions, live virtual sessions, and pre-recorded content. Light breakfast (coffee and pastries) and lunch will be provided for all ticket purchasers. After the conference ends, you will have access to all of the recordings of the live in-person and live virtual sessions, pre-recorded sessions, and other resources through the end of January, 2026.
Virtual General Admission – $399
By attending UDL-Con: International online, you get to experience streams of all the in-person keynotes and sessions, live from anywhere in the world. You also get access to live virtual sessions and pre-recorded sessions. After the conference, you will have access to all of the recordings of the live in-person and live virtual sessions, pre-recorded sessions, and other resources through the end of January, 2026.
Student Virtual General Admission – $299
Students and pre-service teachers currently enrolled at an accredited school are eligible for a discount for virtual attendance. Students get to experience streams of all the in-person keynotes and sessions, live from anywhere in the world. You also get access to live virtual sessions and pre-recorded sessions. After the conference, they will have access to all of the recordings of the live in-person and live virtual sessions, pre-recorded sessions, and other resources through the end of January, 2026. If you are paying for your ticket with an invoice, Purchase Orders must be submitted at the time of registration to submit your order successfully. All Purchase Orders should be uploaded to the Purchase Order Submission Form at the time of registration.

You will receive a separate email with your conference platform login information on July 22, 2025, the Friday before the event. This email will include login credentials and instructions for accessing the online conference sessions, resources, and content.
After each session, presenters may share additional materials for further exploration and reference, such as presentation slides, handouts, or links to related resources. Recordings of live sessions will be added to the platform as they’re uploaded and processed.
Access to the conference platform will expire at the end of January, 2026.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will not be charged. There will be no refund issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference. To request a tuition refund, please contact us directly.
