Sarah Hocking

As the Assistant Director of Operations, Postsecondary & Workforce at CAST, Sarah Hocking manages contracts and operational processes and improvements for the postsecondary and workforce development team.

As Internship Coordinator, Sarah oversees the development and implementation of CAST’s Internship Program along with Alie Berg.

Prior to joining CAST, Sarah served as the Director of Project Management at Skills for Rhode Island’s Future, leading complex and innovative initiatives to support job seekers and local employers. Sarah also worked at the Harvard Graduate School of Education as the Events & Operations Manager, coordinating and executing diverse projects and events while driving operational efficiencies. Always striving to build on her skills set, Sarah is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Rhode Island program, a competitive and highly sought-after leadership program that helps participants build competencies to drive performance.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her son JJ and two dogs. She also volunteers her time for organizations and issues she is passionate about, including Clear Path for Veterans New England and riding in the annual Pan Mass Challenge which supports the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
