UDL Solutions Finder Tool

The UDL Solutions Finder Tool supports you in finding, developing, and sharing UDL solutions for the barriers in your curriculum methods and materials. If you are new to UDL, technology, or collaboration on curriculum design between general and special educators, it is best to START SMALL. Pick a single lesson or a single unit of curriculum and use this tool to develop UDL approaches. Gradually, your expertise and resources, both digital and human, will expand and make it easier to implement new UDL approaches.

Here we provide a structure for increasing the accessibility of a lesson, a unit of curriuclum, or a whole curriculum, with supports for generating UDL solutions. There are four parts to this tool.

  1. Identify Barriers

  2. Find UDL Solutions

  3. Find Digital Tools and Resources

  4. Wrap Up
