At CAST, Seoin Lim works on the formative development and research of technology-based, universally designed learning environments. 

Ms. Lim is a 2003 graduate of Ewha University in the Republic of Korea, where she studied education and multimedia. In 2007, she received a master's degree in Technology, Innovation and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Ms. Lim has worked as a teaching assistant both in Korea and the United States and has collaborated on the development of several prize-winning educational websites. This work has provided her with a special appreciation for the challenges of creating technology solutions that serve the needs of diverse learners.
