Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 1999, Lynn Coppinger oversees CAST's internal structure and ensures smooth interaction among the organization's many activities. Ms. Coppinger supervises all team leaders and projects, allocates the organization's resources, and assesses the best fit of staff to projects.
As a founding member of CAST, Ms. Coppinger has helped shape the organization by developing and implementing numerous internal processes for monitoring projects for their highest quality. In her role as COO, Ms. Coppinger ensures synergy between projects and determines the best ways to leverage resources and expertise across all projects.
As a member of senior management, she also participates in all of CAST's contract negotiations and development of outside partnerships.
