As Comptroller, Ms. Lacy oversees the production of monthly financial statements and supervises other accounting functions of the organization. She assists in budget preparation for CAST's internal budget and for grant proposals and manages fiscal reporting for federal grants. Ms. Lacy has presented at workshops for Head Start parents and teachers on the use of financial software and on the management of money and also assists in evaluative research.

Ms. Lacy graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1983 with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. She became a CPA in 1991.
